Please know that you do NOT have to practice yoga to enjoy this retreat...  There are practices for everyone no matter what your strength and flexibility.

* Evening campfires if weather permits, with hiking, biking— indoor swimming available.

* Cove Point is nearby Split Rock Lighthouse, Goosebury Falls and Tetegooch State Park
with marvelous hiking trails.

* The spacious cottages have lovely private bedrooms for each person with shared
LR with fireplaces & view of the lake, DR and Kitchen. Both the 2 BR & 3BR cottages
have two bathrooms. .

Laurie Ellis-Young and Liz Anema
both known for their fun-loving and dynamic
personalities, compassionate hearts and competent
teaching skills— are teaming together for
this very special autumn retreat.

Instructing with an eclectic, joyous and
meditative approach, they each draw from a
wealth of credentials, experiences and talents
in teaching yoga and a myriad of wellness
practices from both ancient and contemporary
traditions.

As founder and director of Breathe The
Change LLC, Laurie is a pioneer in breathwork
being implemented globally as an empowering
and healing modality. She is impassioned by the
potential of breath awareness to transform
people's lives.

As studio director of The Marsh — A
Center for Balance & Fitness in Minnetonka,
Liz shares her passion for fitness and well-being
practices. Her mission is to empower each
exercise participant to care for herself in a
balanced and mindful way.

Laurie lives with her husband, George, at KAUST,
 Saudi Arabia. Liz resides with
her husband, Andrew, and their three teenage
children in Minnetonka, MN.
