About your competent, dynamic & fun-loving facilitators:
Kathy and Laurie met at a health exposition and after experiencing each other’s skills and talents they realized that a collaboration between them in the enchantment of Guatemala could only prove synergistic.
Testimonials by past participants:
I - "This retreat totally surpassed my expectations. From the exquisite beauty of our surroundings, the powerful daily practices, compassionate and joyful expertise of our facilitators, amazing connection with Mayan children and culture, delicious food and close bonding within our group - EVERY moment counted. I leave with a toolkit."
II - “I really had no idea what was in store for me as I signed up for the Guatemala trip, but I will never regret the day I decided to take the leap and go on such an amazing adventure. It was the most spiritual thing that I have done in a long time and it helped me to realize that I have so much to learn and so much to give. The trip was a great mix of time for myself and time with the group and I really appreciated that Kathy and Laurie were aware of that. I made new friends, tried new things, laughed a lot, and learned so much about the Guatemalan culture. I was also reminded about the power of a group of women. We created an atmosphere that was safe and trusting. We supported each other, cried with each other, were silent together, sang together, and honored each other. It was an unforgettable experience and I am so grateful that the opportunity presented itself.”
